Why can’t all customer service reps just keep things drama-free like that? 

They are trained to try and keep you. Sounds like the woman you got said fuck you to training ;)

I called Time Warner to cancel the phone part of my package and the woman I got spent 15 minutes trying to convince me not to. She offered to make it less expensive for 6 moinths 8 times. And I had to keep saying: we do not use the phone. ever. It’s not even connected to the router. Jesus, turn it off.

  2. strugglingtobeheard said: i have a problem with most men customer service reps too. normally men are much more rude and they do a lot of that bullshit you are talking about. and yea, woc have traditionally been most efficient cause they aint got time for that in my experience
